The Masters Fantasy Pools Are Here
The best 4 days in sports are almost here.
We have been testing our new golf pools at geniuspools.io over the last couple of months and are thrilled to officially launch pools for The Masters. And since the opening two rounds of March Madness were underwhelming, I can confidently say that these will be the best four days of sports in 2025.
I truly cannot believe it but I got my first ever invite to The Masters this year. It’s almost certainly going to change my entire personality & wardrobe which are both in need of a major overhaul so the timing is perfect. Way too many things to look forward to in the single day I’ll be there but here is the top of the heap (in order):
Being able to spend the rest of my life reminding people that the slopes are actually way steeper in person than they look on TV every April and praying they ask me how I know. “The UNDULATIONS!”.

Seeing the Par 3 16th in person. Site of my favorite sports moment of all time.
Running up the score on my Sandwich Count. Love that the menu is just socially acceptable ways to eat mayonnaise sandwiches. Egg salad and pimento cheese sammies hate to see me comin.

There are 2 main ways to play.
Create your own pool with friends, family, or god-forbid, colleagues.
We will track your stats for every pool you run across the site so this is definitely the way to go.
You can create multiple leagues too if you’d like to keep your friends and colleagues separate (Severance style).
Join our public Genius Pools pool here to take on the GP founders and some of the other best fantasy golf players on this brand new platform has to offer! We’ll also have an AI draft a team so that we can all kick a bot’s ass.
We have updated the site to be ready for The Masters vibes in terms of color. See below for an example of what you’ll get from a Genius Pools experience:
Live leaderboard updated every minute with team scores & full team rosters.
Click on a player anywhere on the site to get detailed stats about their current tourney performance. Field average in here lets you know what kind of holes your guy has left. Delude yourself into the classic Masters Sunday 3pm “Well if he can go 5 under on the back and POST…maybe he gets the win, you never know!”
Detailed leaderboard tailored to players drafted in your specific pool with all stats you could ever want.

PGA Golf "3-Ball"
We create 8-10 categories of 3 golfers -- choose which guy you want in each and compete with friends. Below is a screenshot of our 1st beta test of “3-Ball”

NFL Pools
This Fall we’ll launch several pools to supplement the traditional fantasy football experience. NFL Survivor Pools & square/grid games will be the staples here (with a couple twists).
